Are their any Green Cleaning Chemicals that will kill the HIV and Hep, A, B & C Virus?

    As much as I prefer to be “green”, I really value my family’s health and safety more. The best and cheapest chemical to kill the viruses you mention is chlorine bleach. You don’t need much, but it works.
    White vinegar and plain soap & water are only partially effective against HIV, and the Hepatitis viruses.
