Scrubbing action you do not want. It will damage the fibers. Your problem is who you called. Call a good local company that does steam/hot water extraction. Other methods(dry cleaning,chem dry),including doing it yourself,can void your warranty.
I hired a pro..stanly steam cleaner..their machin has no scrubbing action.still dirty.. 250$ down the drain,:(
