    nothing beats rotovac. There are dye removers that remove the color of the dye but does not effect the carpet fiber/dye.

    He did do a basic clean with good quality; 27 years plus cleaning carpet myself he looks like a keeper.

    Very Impressive Cleaning ! I myself Do Quite a few of the Budget Cleaners Re Cleans for unhappy landlords. I agree a whole lot better than the previous cleaners and stain removal out of a 30 year old carpet is not easy but hey I would pay for that Job.

    As I recall we did use heat transfer on the dye stains, however, being 25-30 year old carpet we could not return it to a completely new condition. Our client was thrilled with the results – which is what really counts!

    how about some heat transfer for the dye stains? it does look better but not great like you claim . the cleaner before you really really sucks!! I would of asked for my money back.
