Is this a good clean up crew for my 29 gallon biocube?

Ok so I have a 20 gallon oceanic biocube that has been running approx 1 month. I cycled it with 2 Damsels for 2 weeks, then removed them and added a clown, bubble tipped anemone, and a xenia frag (just for fun).

What is a good, green cleaner to wash kitchen walls?

I want to wash my kitchen walls to remove all the hardened on cooking grease, especially around the stove. Dish soap takes a lot of scrubbing, the cheap degreasers I can afford work little better.
